Job summary

hth companies is an industrial services provider delivering mechanical insulation, scaffolding, industrial cleaning and more across the Midwest. The Assistant Project Manager will review drawings, estimate costs and submit proposals, helping drive projects from bid to completion.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience or education, strong communication, organizational and safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of project management experience or relevant education.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM or equivalent certifications highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

Responsibilities

• Reviews project drawings and specifications and estimates costs.
• Develop and track KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to measure project performance.
• Create charts and visual reports to analyze trends.
• Prepare presentations sharing KPIs and insights with stakeholders.
• Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
• Travels to sites to review projects and meet with customers.
• Bids projects within the industrial environment that hth operates in.
• Orders materials and coordinates scheduling of staff and customers.
• Reviews engineered drawings to ensure bids align with quotes.
• Conducts risk assessments and mitigation recommendations.
• Maintains relationships with clients and vendors; acts as liaison.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and best practices.
