Job summary

hth companies is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to review drawings, estimate costs, prepare proposals, and submit bids. You will track KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor performance across the Midwest.

The role involves site visits, coordinating materials and staff, and maintaining strong client relations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience or applicable education, with excellent communication, organizational, and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• One to two years of related experience or applicable education.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with proven deadline adherence.
• Ability to function in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviews project drawings and specifications to inform proposals and budgeting.
• Develops and tracks KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to measure project performance.
• Creates charts and visual reports to analyze trends and communicate data to stakeholders.
• Prepares proposals and budgets based on estimates.
• Travels to sites to review projects and engage with customers.
• Bids projects within the industrial environment hth operates in.
• Coordinates materials, equipment, scheduling of staff, and client coordination.
• Reviews engineered drawings to ensure bids match quotes and project execution.
• Assesses risk and reports mitigation recommendations to management.
