1 Resource Group is seeking an experienced Account/Project Support Specialist I to support customer accounts, project operations, logistics, and service delivery in Tyler, TX. The role works with customers, contractors, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate equipment, tools, materials, and services, ensuring timely and accurate execution in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills are essential, with a willingness to travel

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in customer service, logistics, or related fields.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor contracts, orders, and work orders for accuracy and compliance.
Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers to obtain competitive pricing while maintaining excellent customer service.
Research and locate equipment, tools, materials, or other resources requested by customers when items are not in stock.
Coordinate logistics to move equipment and materials to the customer as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
Track deliveries, transfers, orders, and other project-related logistics.
Monitor work orders, contracts, invoices, and billings to ensure all records are accurate and reconciled.
