Responsibilities

• Prioritize orders and select approved service providers.
• Communicate order requirements with providers and schedule service.
• Analyze cost of services and assign pricing accordingly.
• Document and enter order information and complete paperwork.
• Confirm appointments and resolve any issues promptly.
• Adjust daily orders and provide updated work schedules.
• Maintain relationships with service specialists and research new providers.
• Conduct and record customer feedback surveys.
• Update provider databases as changes occur.
