• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Lead the execution of major activation moments such as UB World/FLC, LIVEs at brand IRL events, and other promotional activities.
• Coordinate efforts across internal teams and external vendors to bring to life influencer and celebrity-driven LIVEs.
• Support the planning and organization of events and activations that amplify TikTok Shop initiatives.
• Track program progress, manage cross-functional meetings, and support process development to streamline operations.

IDR is seeking a Project Lead of Tiktok Shop to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Bolingbrook, IL. This role involves supporting all go-to-market functions of TikTok Shop within a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring successful execution of campaigns, activations, and collaborations. The position offers a chance to work across cross-functional teams and manage key projects that drive growth and innovation in the social commerce space.
