Job summary

IDR, Inc. in Bolingbrook, IL seeks a Project Lead of TikTok Shop to drive go-to-market campaigns, activations, and influencer-driven LIVEs. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute brand moments and support events that elevate TikTok Shop initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant work experience.
• 3-5+ years of Merchandising, Buying, and/or Category Management experience.
• Passionate about social media and the creator economy.
• Highly organized with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage the TikTok Shop go-to-market calendar, including brand activations, LIVEs, campaigns, and new launches.
• Lead the execution of major activation moments such as UB World/FLC, LIVEs at brand IRL events, and other promotional activities.
• Coordinate efforts across internal teams and external vendors to bring to life influencer and celebrity-driven LIVEs.
• Support the planning and organization of events and activations that amplify TikTok Shop initiatives.
• Track program progress, manage cross-functional meetings, and support process development to streamline operations.
