This position involves supervising inspectors, developing work instructions, conducting layered audits, and performing inspector duties as needed, with a focus on clear communication, timely responses, and service continuity.

Qualifications

• The Team Leader assists Supervisors with project setup, oversight, and completion.
• Secondary contact for clients in Supervisor's absence.
• Supervising and training inspectors; developing work instructions; conducting layered audits.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, oversee, and close projects per client procedures.
• Enhance customer service through regular interaction and timely escalation of improvement opportunities.
• Allocate project resources and communicate needs to management.
• Develop and refine work instructions to improve inspection and rework processes.
• Obtain and submit client billing information.
• Address new job requests and ensure delivery requirements.
• Monitor project activity and document turnover logs.
• Certify project team members and conduct layered audits.
• Provide Inspector performance evaluations and recommendations.
• Manage project tools and maintain clean, organized work areas per 5S.
