Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use measurement instruments accurately.
• Ability to safely lift, lower, push, and pull up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Must complete annual First Aid and CPR training.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support a strong safety culture per plant policies.
• Coordinate daily production and maintenance activities to meet goals.
• Monitor production performance with hourly checks and audits.
• Review hourly production charts and oversee SQDCI boards.
• Identify inventory discrepancies affecting schedules and shipments.
• Move materials to maintain workflow and support production.
• Provide operator relief and production support as needed.
• Operate powered industrial trucks safely and maintain certifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Assist in adjusting staffing for absences and changing demands.
• Participate in safety programs and investigations.
• Inspect equipment and work areas for safety and quality compliance.
• Schedule and coordinate employee training.
