• Experience coordinating with administrative or back-office teams.
• Ability to hold crews accountable while maintaining operational momentum.
• Demonstrated reliability, consistency, and ownership in prior roles.
• Comfortable operating in an on-site, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day production operations for the Chattanooga market.
• Lead and manage production teams to ensure jobs are completed on time, on scope, and to standard.
• Coordinate closely with administrative staff to ensure job files, documentation, and reporting are accurate and complete.
• Serve as the primary operational problem-solver for production issues, delays, or breakdowns.
• Enforce safety, quality, and performance standards in the field.
• Maintain production schedules and resource allocation across active jobs.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with the Regional Manager on performance, challenges, and needs.
• Drive accountability across crews, vendors, and internal partners.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve throughput and execution.
