Sundt Construction is seeking a Project HSE Manager to drive health, safety, and environmental programs on a project team. This role includes three progression steps (I, II, Sr.) with increasing responsibility and autonomy across small to large projects.

You will conduct safety walks, orientations, and manage safety plans, emergencies, and incident investigations while coordinating with site teams to uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least one year of full-time project safety experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; high integrity; proficiency with MS Office.
• Certifications such as STSC, CHST, ASP, CSP preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct frequent safety walks/inspections of the project and adjacent property.
• Conduct site-specific safety orientations.
• Create, update, maintain, and facilitate the Project Environmental Management Plan.
• Create, update, maintain, and facilitate the Project Safety Management Plan.
• Facilitate the Sundt Safety Management and Illness Prevention Systems Manual on the project.
• Manage emergencies, incidents, and worker's compensation claims.
• Review and file project safety documentation.
