• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
• 3+ Years Related experience and/or training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficient with financial statements.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with little supervision.
• Ability to work well with others and on teams.
• Demonstrates strong judgment and sound credit skills.
• Knowledge of Federal banking regulations.

Aufgaben

• Assist underwriters in analyzing, processing and packaging commercial loans.
• Collect, package, reviews and reconciles loan application documents including financial/credit exhibits under various underwriting programs.
• Orders and performs the preliminary review of all third party reports for compliance with guidelines.
• Analyzes, interprets and underwrites complex transactions in compliance with respective agency guidelines.
• Conducts detailed economic and demographic research to determine feasibility of transactions.
• Assists the underwriter in preparing and presenting comprehensive loan approval package to credit committee.
• Conducts inspections of physical assets.
