Job summary

Santander is seeking an Analyst for Project Finance Portfolio in Miami to support underwriting and portfolio management for commercial loans. You will collect and review loan documents, analyze financial statements, and prepare parts of the loan package for credit review.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years Related experience and/or training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Federal banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret and underwrite complex loan transactions.
• Prepare comprehensive loan approval packages for credit committee.
• Review and reconcile loan application documents and financial exhibits.
• Conduct preliminary review of third-party reports (appraisals, inspections, environmental).
• Perform economic and demographic research to determine transaction feasibility.
• Assist underwriting in asset inspections and risk assessment.
