Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Project Operations Associate to support financial operations for a project-based services organization. The role involves preparing management reports, ensuring revenue and cost capture, and assisting with month-end close and accruals.

The successful candidate will coordinate with sales and delivery teams, produce weekly audits, and provide analysis to stakeholders. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• One year of customer service or financial support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic prioritization environment.
• Strong problem solving, organization, and multitasking skills.”
• Ability to identify process gaps and create solutions with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly audits and reports to reconcile financial data.
• Ensure accurate revenue and cost capture and reporting for projects.
• Participate in month-end close and provide accrual data.
• Audit monthly revenue and costs and request adjustments as needed.
• Communicate with sales and delivery on financial aspects and provide monthly performance summaries.
• Ensure accuracy in gross profit and commission reporting.
• Provide guidance to field personnel and perform ad-hoc reporting as needed.
• Build relationships with sales and delivery teams.
