TEKsystems is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the monthly close, reporting, and budget processes. You will work closely with department leaders to analyze financial statements and provide actionable insights.

The role requires 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of financial systems. Compensation includes a target base with bonus potential and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS in accounting or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, FCCS, Hyperion Planning, SmartView and EPM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close by preparing journal entries and performing account analysis.
• Prepare monthly/weekly reports including executive packages and labor reporting.
• Assist in annual budget process with input and analysis.
• Provide detailed financial analysis of statements by entity, region, and department.
• Develop and improve reporting tools; respond to financial inquiries from leadership.
• Gain understanding of Oracle Fusion and FCCS reporting systems.
