Job summary

Entrega is seeking an experienced Project Finance Manager to lead financial management, analysis, forecasting, and performance visibility for client engagements in Troy, Michigan.

This hands-on role partners with Finance, Client Delivery, and operations to drive profitability, manage budgets, and deliver actionable insights that inform decisions across multiple projects. Strong FP&A, leadership, and scalable process-building are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of project finance, FP&A or related finance experience.
• Experience managing financial performance of projects, client engagements, or service portfolios.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Ability to translate financial and operational data into insights for business leaders.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders on financial performance decisions.
• Experience leading or developing financial analysts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project financial management and oversight of client engagements.
• Establish practices for monitoring revenue, costs, profitability, and resource economics.
• Provide financial guidance to leadership across project lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and forecasting processes.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Build scalable project-finance tools and controls as the business grows.
• Coach and develop the Project Finance team.
