Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, project finance, FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, or a related area preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Experience with financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis tools.
• Experience within professional services, consulting, technology services, or another project-based business environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, resource performance and other measures.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Support budgeting and forecasting with accurate analysis and modeling.
• Reconcile financial information across accounting, project, resource, and operational reporting sources.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to automate analyses and reporting.
