Confidential is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A to join our global finance team in Detroit. You will consolidate results, drive planning, and partner with regional leaders to translate plant performance into a corporate narrative.

You will develop enterprise-level models, support ERP/FP&A implementations, and prepare executive packages while improving data automation and insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years progressive FP&A experience in automotive Tier 1 or industrial manufacturing
• Experience in multi-plant/global consolidation processes
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel; experience with ERP systems and planning tools (OneStream)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead the consolidation of global annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Coordinate with regional FP&A teams to align on key assumptions (volumes, pricing, FX, commodities)
• Analyze consolidated results and variances; translate into clear leadership insights
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis
• Develop and maintain enterprise-level financial models and scenario analyses
• Prepare monthly/quarterly executive reporting packages with KPIs and commentary
• Enhance data integrity, reporting automation, and analytics (Power BI dashboards)
• Assist on FP&A/ERP system implementations and optimizations
• Support ad hoc analyses and special projects
