Zaddy Solutions is seeking an Associate to Counsel for its Global Projects, Energy & Infrastructure Finance team in New York or Washington, D.C. The role offers hybrid work, with a focus on complex project finance, energy, and infrastructure matters for top clients.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, active NY or DC bar, and 2+ years of finance-related transactional experience in top firms or equivalent environments.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in New York or Washington, D.C., in good standing.
• 2+ years of substantive experience in finance-related transactional work.
• Experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure, and/or private equity transactions.
• Exposure to domestic and cross-border financings.
• Prior experience at a top-tier U.S. or international law firm.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Advise sponsors, lenders, investors, and developers on project finance and infrastructure transactions.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and ancillary financing documentation.
• Support transactions across energy, power, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors, including renewables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale domestic and international matters.
• Manage transactional workflows from diligence through closing.
