Luzco Technologies, LLC. is seeking a Project Accounting Coordinator to support the financial success of engineering projects from startup through closeout.

You’ll partner with Project Managers, Operations, and Accounting to set up projects, manage funding and budgets, and help ensure accurate data throughout the lifecycle. This role fits someone who enjoys working with people and numbers, with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project accounting, project billing, contract administration, or related finance functions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up new projects in the project accounting system based on contract terms and funding.
• Maintain project structures, billing terms, labor categories, funding limits, and rate schedules.
• Track purchase orders, change orders, and project modifications.
• Monitor funding usage and identify over-budget or funding risks.
• Review unbilled balances and investigate billing delays.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to support financial performance and budgets.
• Maintain audit-ready project documentation and assist with closeout activities.
• Support financial reporting and project-related analyses.
