LUZCO is seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls professional to support scheduling and project coordination across electric utility projects. You will work closely with project managers to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules through design and construction.

This role provides exposure to multiple projects, requires hands‑on Primavera P6 and advanced Excel skills, and rewards strong analytical thinking, organization, and clear written communication. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting project schedules with hands-on use of Oracle Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6, typically 20 to 200 activities.
• Collaborate with multiple project managers to support projects through design and construction.
• Load and manage resources within project schedules.
• Perform quality checks and support reviews related to project controls deliverables.
• Compare schedule data with financial information to ensure alignment across timelines.
• Communicate with project teams to understand technical progress on electric utility projects.
• Integrate schedule data with Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
