LUZCO Technologies LLC is seeking a proactive project support professional to assist Project Managers across the full project lifecycle. You will help with estimates, budgets, and initial work requests, while coordinating kickoff activities and planning with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 0–3 years of related project management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support project startup by developing estimates, budgets, and initial work requests.
• Coordinate project kickoff and planning, including scheduling meetings and cross-team coordination.
• Assist during design phase by tracking progress, requesting materials and services, and preparing documentation.
• Support construction activities by taking meeting notes, managing changes, and tracking questions and issues.
• Help manage project closeout using checklists to ensure all tasks and documentation are completed.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and support multiple Project Managers as needed.
• Track project-related tasks and help manage purchase orders, including reviewing and closing them.
