LUZCO is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Controls professional to support scheduling and project coordination efforts across a variety of electric utility projects. In this role, you will work closely with project managers to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules that support projects through design and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• Hands-on experience supporting project schedules with Oracle Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6, typically ranging from 20 to 200 activities.
• Collaborate with multiple project managers to support projects through design and construction.
• Load and manage resources within project schedules.
• Perform quality checks and support reviews related to project controls deliverables.
• Compare schedule data with financial information to ensure alignment and consistency across timelines.
• Communicate with project teams to understand progress on electric utility, transmission, substation, and telecom projects.
• Integrate schedule data with Excel using formulas, pivot tables, and other data tools.
