Qualifications

• 0-2 years' financial/data analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above; internship experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable and cost reporting.
• Support month-end close and prepare financial reporting package for project management.
• Understand payroll and HR processes and master related systems.
• Maintain purchasing workflow and vendor invoices; ensure internal controls.
• Support accounts payable and intercompany/client billing processes and timely billing documentation.
• Identify and review forecast/budget issues; ensure proper cost and revenue recognition.
