Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an entry-level Finance Analyst to support a project in accounting and finance functions. You will help with cost control, payroll, AP/AR, and reporting to project management.

Based in Tacoma, WA, this role requires willingness to relocate and travel as projects demand. The job emphasizes teamwork, learning, and developmental growth within a large North American construction firm.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of financial/data analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and V-Lookups.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost control and forecasting for projects.
• Support payroll and accounts payable/receivable functions.
• Help prepare financial reporting packages for project management.
• Maintain purchasing workflow controls and cost reporting accuracy.
• Assist with month-end close processes and variance analysis.
• Support compliance with corporate policies and labor laws.
