Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an entry level Finance Analyst to support project accounting and forecasting for large-scale construction projects nationwide. You will help with cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end close as part of a project team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and up to 2 years of experience, relocation flexibility, and up to 25% travel. Base compensation ranges from $66,000 to $77,000 per year, with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years' financial/data analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Mnagement, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Previous internship experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Support project accounting and forecasting functions.
• Assist with cost control, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Contribute to month-end close and financial reporting package.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance and effective controls.
• Learn systems used for hiring, transfers, terminations, and payroll workflows.
