SERVPRO of Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Tri-Cities is hiring a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead complex fire and water remediation projects. You will plan, schedule, and oversee subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and maintain clear client communications.

The ideal candidate has superb customer service skills, strong written and oral communication, and a background in restoration or construction.

Qualifications

• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute reconstruction projects with high quality service.
• Manage customer experience and overall satisfaction.
• Coordinate with customers, clients, subcontractors, and providers.
