Job summary

SERVPRO of Southaven & Horn Lake - 11851 is seeking a Construction Coordinator to act as a liaison with customers, identify project requirements, and organize restoration projects while supporting teammates.

The role emphasizes clear communication with customers and stakeholders, daily project oversight, and collaboration with Project Managers to ensure complete documentation and accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service or office-related experience.
• Experience in restoration or construction industry highly preferred.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented.
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed.
