Job summary

SERVPRO of Cerritos/Hawaiian Gardens is seeking a detail-oriented Job File Coordinator to serve as a customer liaison, gather project requirements, and organize project documentation. The role supports project teammates and ensures accurate, timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, proficiency with relevant software, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 3 years of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• At least 1 year of Servpro Job File Coordinator experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with the customer and project stakeholders to ensure understanding of requirements.
• Oversee daily project status, monitor progress, and audit work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software; review and validate job site documents.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from start to finish.
• Ensure final submission of completed files to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to support project success.
