Job summary

SERVPRO of Chesterfield, Richmond, Chesapeake, and Hampton is seeking a Job File Coordinator for our Mitigation Team in the Chesterfield area. The role focuses on coordinating projects, communicating with customers, and maintaining thorough documentation to support rapid disaster response.

Based out of the Midlothian, VA office, you will oversee daily project status, prepare preliminary estimates, and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accuracy from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented.
• Familiarity with relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Clear and efficient project communication with customer and stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight, status audits, and work-in-progress tracking.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers for thorough documentation from start to finish.
• Assist other departments as needed.
