Job summary

Michael Page US in Cleveland, OH, seeks an experienced project manager to oversee multifamily construction projects from active construction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project financials, coordinating with owners, architects, consultants,Superintendents and subcontractors throughout the lifecycle.

You will lead meetings, handle change orders and cost reporting, and maintain documentation in Procore.

Qualifications

• PM experience with a General Contractor on commercial, multifamily, or institutional projects.
• Own budgets, schedules, contracts, change management, and closeout.
• Proficient with Procore, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities

Our client is an employee-owned commercial general contractor with approximately $600M in annual revenue and 30 active projects at any given time. Their work includes multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, K-12, higher education, municipal, retail, and commercial projects, with most work located throughout Central Ohio and additional projects across surrounding markets.

The Successful Applicant

• Project Management experience with a General Contractor on commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, housing, or institutional projects.
• Comfortable owning project budgets, schedules, contracts, change management, and closeout activities.
• Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
• Strong communication skills with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
• Someone who is organized, accountable, and capable of managing multiple moving parts without constant oversight.

What's on Offer

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 base salary + project bonuses + annual bonus potential.

• 15% bonus target, ESOP ownership program, profit sharing, 401(k), and potential sign‑on bonus.
• $600/month vehicle allowance, 3 weeks PTO, and comprehensive benefits.
