As Project Executive, you will oversee all Texas-based operations while helping shape our long-term data center strategy. You will serve as a key leader, balancing time in the office with a presence on-site, ensuring projects are delivered at the highest standard.

Lead data center and mission-critical projects across Texas, including a current $250M ground-up facility in Fort Worth.
Partner with senior leadership on project delivery, operations, and strategic growth.
Act as the senior point of contact for clients, trade partners, and internal teams.
Mentor and develop project teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Ensure projects are executed with strong focus on safety, schedule, budget, and quality.
Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area with strong industry network.
Proven Project Executive or Senior Project Manager with at least 3 completed ground-up data center projects.
Extensive experience with structural, MEP, and complex mission-critical systems.
Comfortable splitting time between office leadership and active site presence.
Driven, hands‑on leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Base salary up to $220,000
30% annual performance bonus
Vehicle program ($800-$1,000 allowance or company vehicle)
