Job summary

MPI is seeking a leader to drive ground-up data center and mission-critical construction from precon through turnover, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

The role requires coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams on MEP-heavy scopes, enforcing safety and QA/QC standards, and proactively resolving field challenges across multiple sites. You will travel frequently to active project sites and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of construction means, MEP-heavy scopes, safety regulations, and QA/QC standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication to direct field teams and coordinate with owners, engineers, and trade partners.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to support active project sites.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address field challenges in fast-paced, high-reliability environments.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software is a plus.
