Elite Executive Solutions in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead mission-critical electrical construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role focuses on delivering complex data center and high-profile commercial builds with strong leadership and client relationship skills.

You will mentor PMs, manage budgets and schedules, oversee contracts and procurement, and collaborate with owners, GC's, engineers, and executives to drive safe, on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience leading mission-critical, data center, or large commercial projects.
• Strong financial management, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven success managing multiple large projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of mission-critical electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field leadership.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, cost controls, and profitability.
• Oversee contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and executive leadership.
