Your Role

As Project Executive, you\'ll oversee every aspect of the project lifecycle—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring financial health, client satisfaction, and field execution excellence. You’ll be the strategic lead interfacing between clients, internal teams, trade partners, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project teams across multiple large-scale data center projects (typically $100M+)
• Drive preconstruction efforts, budgets, GMP development, and procurement strategies
• Serve as the primary client point-of-contact for all project phases
• Manage financial performance, forecasting, and risk mitigation
• Foster a high-performance culture centered on collaboration, safety, and integrity
• Develop and maintain strong industry relationships and market presence

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction with at least 5 years in mission-critical/data center environments
• Proven track record delivering large, complex ground-up projects for blue-chip clients
• Deep understanding of MEP systems, scheduling, cost control, and team development
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
