Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Executive for commercial construction in Boise, ID. The role focuses on leading large, complex construction projects and guiding project teams from initiation through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience, including significant project management and leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading large and/or complex commercial construction projects and multiple project teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and construction operations.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor Project Managers and other construction professionals.
• Executive-level communication, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and support repeat business.

Qualifications:
