Job summary

Jobot is recruiting for a Project Executive in Boise for a growing construction company. The role offers a competitive base salary with a bonus structure and strong benefits including ESOP, medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with match, PTO, and professional development.

We expect a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience, including leadership responsibilities. Procore and MS Project experience are preferred.

• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead large/complex projects and multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement and risk management.
• Executive communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large commercial construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and other construction professionals.
• Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget and quality targets using Procore and MS Project.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.


• 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience, including significant project management and leadership responsibility.


• Demonstrated success leading large and/or complex commercial construction projects and multiple project teams.


• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and construction operations.


• Proven ability to develop and mentor Project Managers and other construction professionals.


• Executive-level communication, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.


• Strong client relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and support repeat business.


• Ability to balance strategic leadership with involvement in critical project and operational issues.


• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and other construction technology preferred.
