Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Executive to lead large-scale building automation, EPMS, and mission-critical control projects across complex commercial and data center environments. You will oversee projects from planning and client coordination through execution, commissioning, and turnover while delivering safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in building automation or mission-critical construction.
• Experience leading large or complex projects at executive level.
• Proficiency with BAS/BMS, EPMS, and SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle execution of BAS, EPMS, SCADA and controls projects.
• Oversee project financial performance including forecasting and budgeting.
• Drive schedule, safety, quality, procurement, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as primary escalation point for high-profile clients and stakeholders.
• Lead executive-level project meetings and change order negotiations.
• Mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and field leadership teams.
• Coordinate with operations, estimating, supply chain and field teams.
• Review submittals, RFIs, commissioning plans, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, safety standards, and company expectations.
