Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Executive to lead large-scale building automation, EPMS, and mission-critical controls projects across complex commercial and data center environments. You will oversee projects from planning to turnover, driving excellence in safety, schedule, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in building automation or MEP projects, senior leadership experience, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project. Travel up to 50% is required as projects span the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within building automation, controls, mission-critical construction, or MEP project environments.
• PMP certification, PE license, or engineering background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle execution of multiple BAS, EPMS, SCADA, and controls projects simultaneously
• Oversee project financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, billing accuracy, and cash flow
• Drive project success related to schedule, safety, quality, procurement, and client satisfaction
• Serve as the primary escalation point for high-profile clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Lead executive-level project meetings, contract discussions, and change order negotiations
• Mentor and support Project Managers, Engineers, and field leadership teams
• Coordinate closely with operations, engineering, estimating, supply chain, and field teams to ensure alignment across projects
• Review technical documentation including submittals, RFIs, commissioning plans, and project schedules
• Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and company expectations
• Help support strategic growth initiatives, operational improvements, and future project pursuits
