Qualifications

• Data center construction experience (essential).
• Strong track record as a Project Executive, Senior Project Director or equivalent with a GC.
• Experience leading large, complex projects and senior project teams.

• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management ability.
• Leadership presence to drive performance across multiple teams and trades.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction to turnover.
• Own financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, change management and margin.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hyperscale clients, designers and key trade partners.
• Lead and develop Project Directors, Senior PMs and project teams.
• Drive schedule, safety, quality and commercial outcomes across the program.
• Identify and manage risk at an executive level.
• Support business development and future pursuits with existing and new clients.

Project Executive - Hyperscale Data Centers | Texas (Onsite) | Up to $400,000 Total Compensation

$3 billion+ in data center construction revenue. Almost 1,000 people in mission critical alone. A place among the Top 100 national General Contractors. This is a contractor operating at the very top of the hyperscale market, and it's hiring a Project Executive to lead its work in Texas.

Texas is one of the fastest-growing data center markets in the country. In this role, you'll take executive ownership of hyperscale projects for some of the biggest names in tech.

The role

You'll have overall responsibility for project success, leading senior project teams and acting as the main point of contact for the client. You'll:

• Lead the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction to turnover
• Own financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, change management and margin
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hyperscale clients, designers and key trade partners
• Lead and develop Project Directors, Senior PMs and project teams
