Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Project Executive – Data Center for Vernon, TX, with an office in Irving, TX. The role leads project performance, contract negotiations, client relations, budget and schedule, and trade partner management, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The candidate will manage senior client interactions, cost controls, and team leadership on high-value datacenter programs, traveling as required to oversee field operations.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of general contracting experience on medium to large datacenter projects ($100M+).

Responsibilities

• Lead project acquisitions and leverage industry contacts to generate leads.
• Participate in RFP processes and contract negotiations as needed.
• Oversee pre-construction, budgeting, and scheduling with the Pre-Con team.
• Lead turnover meetings between Pre-Con and Project Team.
• Ensure project compliance with contracts, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain client communications with Owner and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and manage accounts receivable and P&L for the project.
• Recruit and build project teams and motivate staff to meet goals.

Location: Vernon, TX – Traveling
Office: Irving, TX

Salary Range : to $230K++

Job Summary:

This position will provide overall leadership for project performance, contract negotiations, client relations, budget, schedule, and trade partner management. The Project Executive will also lead and maintain compliance with corporate safety and quality standards and will serve as the direct point of contact for clients.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or Engineering with a minimum of 15+ years of GC experience.
• Multiple medium to large datacenter project experience ($100M+) is required

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including the judgment to know when to **escalate** issues up the chain of command
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior management and clients
• A proven track record of motivating project team to exceed project goals

Primary Duties:

• Project Acquisition
• Using industry contacts to generate leads
• Participating in RFP process
• Participating in Contract negotiations as needed
• Pre-Construction / Project Start-up
• Work with Pre-Con team to develop budgets and schedules
• Lead Turnover Meeting between Pre-Con and Project Team.
• Project Operations
• Thoroughly understand contract and ensure project team understands and is compliant
• Visit project site regularly to monitor performance
• Monitor and evaluate performance of project team
• Full understanding of Accounts Receivable, Financial Forecasting and P&L for project
• Assist project staff with Baseline Schedule development
• Assist project team Lean/Last Planner processes
• Champion project safety program and performance
