Job summary

Metric DCX in Herndon, VA seeks a Project Executive to own end-to-end data center project delivery, from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and client satisfaction.

You will drive strategy across budget, schedule, quality, safety and profit, and collaborate with preconstruction, project management and field teams while managing owner and consultant relationships.

Qualifications

• 12–20+ years in construction with data center or mission-critical experience.
• Experience delivering complex, large-scale projects at a large GC.
• Experience leading multiple project teams and senior project staff.
• Strong command of MEP, structural and civil construction.
• Proven ownership of project financials, schedules and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Project Executive | Data Center Construction

Location: Herndon, VA

The Role

A Top ENR-ranked national GC is scaling its data center portfolio and needs a PX to own it. You’ll be accountable for delivering large-scale data center projects, from preconstruction to closeout, on schedule, on budget and at a standard clients come back for.
