Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Project Manager for our heavy civil transportation infrastructure team in the Metro NYC area. You will guide project direction, ensure on-time completion, and manage financial outcomes, while overseeing owner and subcontractor relationships and mentoring on-site staff.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a focus on client service, collaboration, and delivering safe, high-quality infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction or Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years prior relevant experience on large-scale transportation infrastructure projects with a self-perform GC.
  • Practical knowledge in leading and managing execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one project or job area.
  • Advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of impact on other areas of the organization.

Skanska is searching for a dynamic Project Manager to join our heavy civil transportation infrastructure team in the Metro NYC area. The Project Manager manages the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome and administers both the owner and subcontractor relationships for assigned projects. The Project Manager is responsible for directing and mentoring on-site staff. The position requires business management acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

Project Manager Required Qualifications:

Salary Low: USD $142.75/Yr.

Salary High: USD $205,000.00/Yr.
