Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale affordable housing, multifamily, or mixed-use rehabilitation projects in New York City.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $100M in value.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight across multiple affordable housing rehabilitation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and execute project strategies that align with schedule, budget, quality, and client objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost control, risk management, and overall financial performance across multiple projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and public agencies.
• Mentor and support Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to drive collaboration and project success.
• Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, permitting requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Oversee project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement through best practices, operational efficiencies, and strategic leadership.

Our client is a leading New York City developer and general contractor with a strong track record of delivering affordable housing projects throughout the five boroughs. With a robust pipeline of rehabilitation and redevelopment work, they are seeking an experienced Project Executive to join their leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction executive with experience leading large-scale affordable housing projects while overseeing multiple teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide executive oversight across multiple affordable housing rehabilitation projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
