Acquaint has been engaged to identify an experienced Project Executive to lead the successful execution of large-scale commercial mechanical construction projects. This individual will provide strategic oversight from project kickoff through commissioning and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive oversight for multiple commercial mechanical and HVAC construction projects.
- Lead project teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, cost controls, labor productivity, and profitability.
- Identify risks early and proactively implement solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to remove obstacles and improve project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee project commissioning activities to ensure systems are fully operational and meet project specifications.
- Ensure all closeout documentation, punch list items, warranties, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and turnover packages are completed accurately and on time.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve project delivery, efficiency, and profitability.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork across all projects.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 5–10 years of experience managing commercial mechanical construction projects with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong background in mechanical and HVAC systems.
- Proven experience overseeing project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects while maintaining quality and profitability.
- Experience with commissioning processes and project closeout documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate issues before they impact the project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading large commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission critical, manufacturing, or institutional mechanical construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, procurement, and project management software.
