Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a professional environment.
• Experience with budgets, schedules and cost estimates.
• Travel: Minimal 10%

Responsibilities

• Enter data related to customer parts and bills of materials (costing sheets).
• Review inquiry documents for equipment, scope and vendor outreach with Estimating Director.
• Maintain bid-tracking system and generate weekly proposal reports.
• Coordinate internal inputs to ensure proposals are compliant and timely.
