Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related estimating experience preferred.
• Proficient in estimating and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Review proposals and determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
• Perform quantity take-offs per plans and specifications.
• Compute costs and prepare estimates for management planning, bids and vendor selection.
• Solicit subcontractor bids and interface with vendors/subcontractors for responsive bids.
• Use estimating software and follow company policies and procedures.
• Prepare detailed scope of all work included in proposals.
