Crescent is seeking an Estimating Analyst to understand customer needs and apply expertise to define required services, research and develop accurate engineered cost solutions, and design efficient production processes at the site level.

This role emphasizes Lean practices, safety, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure estimates meet customer specifications and Crescent’s business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in packaging/industrial engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Clear oral and written communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of packaging design and customer specs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and cost data to prepare accurate estimates.
• Develop price models, production layouts, and cost models for customers.
• Conduct time studies to validate labor assumptions.
• Align estimates with staffing and production schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve competitiveness.
• Support training and succession planning at the site.
