Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Washington state seeks a seasoned program protection manager to lead the data protection and program integrity efforts within the Program Protection & Integration team. You will oversee budgeting, training development, policy creation, and cross-functional coordination with customers and program personnel.

The role requires coordinating staff, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining security and compliance across multiple organizations in a government contracting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams to meet goals.
  • Executive level briefings and tight schedules in fast-paced environments.
  • Alignment across organizations, customers, leadership, and personnel.
  • Experience integrating across multiple functional areas and identifying impacts.
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance and pass drug/background checks.

Responsibilities

This position will manage the section of the Program Protection & Integration team responsible for data protection, all contract actions, budget, training development & implementation, policy/procedure development & maintenance. The manager will work closely with all functional organizations as well as program personnel and the customer.
Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of projects within area of Program Protection. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Plans and formulates data protection program and organizes project staff according to requirements. Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving problems.
Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Expereince leading multi-functional teams to meet common goals and objectives
  • Experience providing executive level briefings and meeting demanding schedules in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience ensuring alignment across multiple organizations, personnel, customers, leadership etc.
  • Experience integrating across multiple functional areas and identifying impacts
  • You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
