Lockheed Martin in Dallas, TX is seeking a Security Representative responsible for ensuring compliance with government regulations and contract security requirements for classified and export-controlled information.

You will develop, administer, and audit security programs, lead SAP/SCI compliance efforts, serve as CPSO and CSSO, deliver security training, and investigate violations, while supporting enterprise risk management and flexible scheduling.

• Serve as Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO).

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years.

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manual.
• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
• Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Final Secret security clearance and background investigation performed within the last five years.

Desired Skills

• Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance.
• Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CSSO, ACSSO or physical security specialist.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can‑do attitude.
• Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivelent experience/ combined education. Considered experienced, but still a lerner.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
