Responsibilities

• Manages the site's capital portfolio and Opex budget to deliver increased capacity and new manufacturing technology.
• Establishes project governance, scope, milestones, and risk-management plans.
• Supervises technical execution and resolves complex issues.
• Allocates engineering resources to meet objectives within timelines and budgets.
• Ensures process design, qualification/validation, production readiness, and handoff.
• Partners with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and more for project success.
• Leads, coaches, and develops engineers and establishes accountability for execution.
